DELO - PHOTOBOND
Ett UV- & ljus-härdande akrylatlim, 1-komp lösningsmedelsfritt lim som härdar med blåljus(400-450nm) eller UV-ljus (320-400nm). Typiska applikationer där akrylatlim lämpar sig är bl.a. limning, försegling och täckning på plast, glas och metall.
Eftersom Akrylatlim är mycket flexibla med upp 300% utvidgning innan brott kan de kompensera för inbyggda spänningar samt spänningar som limfogen utsätts för. Photobond UV-lim är ideala för glaslimning och förseglingsapplikationer eftersom de är optiskt klara efter härdning. De är också lämpliga i elektroniska applikationer där snabba härdtider krävs eller för applikationer som kräver flexibla förbindningar.
Det är möjligt att härda genom genomskinliga plaster och tjocka limlager med Photobond. Detta på grund av att synligt ljus inte filtreras lika mycket som UVA-ljus. Härdning inom några få sekunder. Viskositet kan fås från 100 to 50,000mPa·s.
